What an amazing time we had performing at Hebrew SeniorLife! I was so lucky to share the stage with Flora and Nina. Flora played Jeux d’eau by Ravel with such grace and brilliance. Nina lit up the room with her beautiful voice and powerful performances of Lady Gaga's Shallow and John Denver’s Take Me Home, Country Roads. I had a blast playing Gershwin’s Concerto in F and some Disney favorites that had everyone smiling. There was so much positive energy in the concert room! I can't wait until our next concert!

Welcome to 2025

Happy New Year!  Can't wait to share some new music with you!

Music can offer so many benefits to the elderly. The findings presented in this scientific article were a key inspiration behind the creation of Tunes Together.  Here are the major highlights of the study:

- A group music intervention program may improve cognitive function and mental health among nursing home residents.

- Music can be a significant non-invasive and non-pharmacological alternative for alleviating psychological symptoms in the elderly.

- Music interventions using carefully selected, culturally sensitive music appear to be more effective in enhancing cognitive function and mental well-being among the elderly.
